細」→「設定」→「入力言語の追加」で、簡体字の場合、入力言
語「中国語(中国)」・キーボードレイアウト/入力システム「Chinese 
(Simplified)Microsoft Pinyin IME3.0」です。繁体字の場合、入力
言語「中国語(台湾)」・キーボードレイアウト/入力システム「MS 
New Phonetic IME 2002a(=新注音)」です。

You'll notice nowhere in the Windows XP instructions does it 
include "Fork over money to Microsoft"
