嫉妬深い夫は彼の妻の動向を探るために、私立
探偵を雇った。夫は書式のリポート以上のものを
要求した。妻の行動のビデオが欲しかった。

一週間後に、探偵はビデオを持って帰って来た。
彼らは、それを一緒に見るために座った。
品質はプロ並みとはいえなかったが、その男は
妻が別の男と会っているのを見た。

彼は二人が公園で笑い合っているのを見た。彼は
二人が屋外のカフェで楽しんでいるところを見た。
彼は、二人が薄暗い灯りのナイトクラブでダンス
をしているのを見た。
彼は男と妻が様々な活動に喜び勇んで参加してい
るのを見た。
『これは信じられない』と取り乱した夫は言った。
探偵は言った。
『何が信じられないんですか？今スクリーンで見た
ばかりでしょう』
夫は応えた。
『妻がこんなに面白い女だったなんて信じられない』
