年配のカップルがある夜のこと、ベッドに横たわって
いた。 夫は眠りかけていた。しかし、妻はロマンチックな気分になり、話したがっ
ていた。彼女は言った。
『貴男は愛を囁いている時は、私の手を握っていたわね』
うんざりしたように、腕を伸ばし、彼女の手を握った。
それから、眠りにつこうとした。
しばらくして、彼女は言った。『それから、よくキスしてくれたわね』　少しいらつ
きながら、身体を寄せ
頬に軽いキスをし，眠ろうと横になった。３０秒後に
彼女は言った。『それから、私の首を噛んだわね』

彼は怒って、ベッドカバーを跳ね上げベッドから起きあがった。
『何処に行くの？』と彼女は訊いた。
『入れ歯をとりにだよ』
