金髪の女性とTrivial Pursuit（些細な追跡）で遊ぶ

金髪の女性がある晩、Trivial　Pursuit　で遊んで
いた。彼女の番が来た。彼女がさいころを転がす
と“科学と自然”に落ちついた。
彼女の質問は『もし、貴方が真空状態に置かれ、誰
かが貴方の名前を呼んだとします。貴方はそれを
聞くことが出来ますか？』だった。

彼女は少し考え、それから『それはオンになって
いるのですか、オフになっているのですか？』と尋
ねました。

つまりvacuumの掛詞である。
真空状態と掃除機の二つの意味がある。
