Actually he does care. He goes around picking people he perceives as weak to
bloster his self confidence, and killfiles those those that damage his self
confidence. He has a rather inhibited and nervous demeanor to such an excess
that it is a handicap. You should see him kiss arse to those he respects and
wants to earn approval from, quite sicking.
