1000 thanks! I downloaded the newest Beta version from
http://www.softpedia.com/public/scripts/downloadhero/11-2-7-10/...

and was able to play ALL video clips except for the ones that were corrupted
from the very beginning.
As you said, it has everything one would ever need.
However, all RealPlayer icons are now "Media Player Classic"...
