Hmmmm. Well, I find the "Toshiba Power Management Utility" in my 
"Add/Remove Programs" also. Interestingly enough, however it is the 
identical version that's available for download. I thought that perhaps 
the version to download might be a newer version. Maybe I just should 
remove the one on my computer and download and reinstall and perhaps 
that will clean it up.
