The door bell just went and a moderately cute young Japanese woman in her
mid-twenties introduces herself as an operator of an English school for
toddlers and kindergarten kids near the local Apita.

I sense a sales pitch coming - and prepare myself for not being able to play
the "chotto wakaranai" card. Then she says "nihongo daijoubu desu ka? eigo
ha muzukashii...".

"Yeah...right...of COURSE I'm going to recommend your school to my students'
mothers. That's all they need - another, can't speak a word of English,
English teacher. Oh, and BTW if you think that's close to Apita then you
need to buy a new depth of vision along with a sense of perspective".
