Last time I checked Japan League was more relevant in baseball as almost
the unwritten 4A type of tier compared to the majors. Plus, like I stated
before, the Pacific Rim talent pool has been popular in recent years. I
also don't see MLB making tours of the Dominican Republic. They at least
have to report on them only striking on *weekends*, which is funny in
itself.
