That's not exactly a hard and fast rule, nor something that there is any 
sort of provable abuse to when the postings are all on-topic.  If they 
were posting to 20 different groups or to alt.automobiles, yes.  But as 
it is, no.

An [H] tag would do nicely.  The selfsame poster was asked to and 
complied with using it on AFD.  Perhaps, if asked, he would have the same 
courtesy again.  PPV?
