I dissagree with the bombing of Pearl Harbor, and feel bad about Hiroshima
and Nagasaki, without apologizing for it. It was part of a war that was a
long time ago. Perhaps you lived through much of this that you speak from.
I understand that you are angry. However, public embarrassment is not
beneficial to anyone.

Ever played baseball? If we are to make a home run what must we do? We
have to move on from first base, pass through second and third, and make a
home run. Some aspects of WWII must be moved away from. The feelings that
come from your slapping comment are one of them.

The Japanese are good people. Americans, we are good people. The feelings
you have, are not. They are from a previous generation and do not benefit
our children. As an American your comments embarrass me. I do not apologies
for the self defense we as the USA undertook in WWII, however, it is a new
day.
Let's move on.
