Never heard of them myself, doesn't mean they're bad though.  So I take it 
you're located in Ireland or England then?  I've ordered from these guys

It's cheaper than what you found, 55 USD for a 512mb stick for your model, 
or around 45 EUR if my converter was right.  They don't list international 
shipping rates though, you could e-mail and ask.
