Hi,

I am looking for advice in this newsgroup where I can find some information
and guidance for my friend who is in great pain. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Here is what his medical record says which I am copying word for word.

History: EMG study suggests a cevical lesion. Query syrinx or myelopathy.

Technique: Sagiittal T1 of the cervical and thoracic spine and sagittal T2
of the cervical spine.

Findings: A large syrinx which occupies most o the spinal cord extends from
the C2 level interiorly to the T10 level.

The posterior fossa contents have an abnormal configuration with the
cerabellum appearing somewhat flattened in the sagittal plain. no evidence
of tonsillar herniation.

Thank you so much.

Jack
