Sending humans is cheaper, and much lower risk. The risk of discovery, for 
some operation with thousands of non-Arab technicals, is simply too high.

One technique of the disinformation campaign is helping us think that "mere 
Arabs" could never have flown a plane. That exploits our racism.

You could learn to fly a plane, couldn't you?
