After hours of research I have identified that I need a hotfix from 
Microsoft to fix a corrupted security file. Microsoft keeps sending me to 
Toshiba Support who deny responsibility and will not help. I have been in 
contact with John Kelley, Toshibas VP of Marketing, however when I followed 
up with him after he asked me to send him a fax, he would not give me his 
e-mail, he did not know what I was talking about. Does anyone have any 
numbers or e-mail addresses for Toshiba where I might call to try to get 
help?
