If anyone hasn't looked yet, Manga has updated their site with info on End.
The information about extras is vague, which states: Manga extras.  Are we
talking about things they actually put together, or stuff to promote their
other movies?  I know there was some talk about them cramming a lot of
goodies into the DVD.  Any extra info?
