You will have to contact Moraff and ask HIM your technical support question.
And by the way, that product is NOT mah-jongg (it's tile-matching), so it's
off-topic in the mahjong newsgroups.  If you can't get assistance from
Moraff and you want to continue posting on newsgroups about that product,
try rec.games.computer.puzzle instead.
