I think the wiki entry is pretty self-explanitory.  The stuff you're 
talking about was material CUT from the original EoE, not new stuff, and 
included as bonus material in the Japanese box set.  A little of this 
live action material is still in EoE.

As far as I know this extra material was only in the Japanese box set.

I have no idea where to get it, but hunt around and maybe you'll find 
it.
