Tokyo immigration can be a shit hole. Unless things have changed over the
past 5 or 6 years, my recollection is that the immigration office out at the
Tokyo Air City Terminal (is that what it was called?) near Suitengumae
station is one of the less frequented, less crowded offices. Beats the hell
out of the one I used to go to in Shibuya.
