Not too difficult. Nice little project for someone.

It's even more frustrating when the title is totally stuffed up.
Carax's Les Amants Du Pont-Neuf was initially released in English as "The
Lovers of the Ninth Bridge". (The IMDB database says that's the Australian
title, but the distributor and translator were US; we just got it early. By 
the time Miramax released it in the US someone had woken up to the problem 
and renamed it The Lovers on the Bridge.)
