But it was presented as being an ongoing contest. I'm not sure of the
time period, but shirley it was long enough that one would expect
updates on its progress. And if that were the case, then shirley
reporters from other newspapers would have picked up on it as some
point. Or newsreel folks or somedamnedbody.
