I have a Nikon 8800. It connects by USB to iether of two pcs's. One pc runs
XP, the other 98. Each pc runs ZoomBrowser (Canon's photo software, a legacy
from my Canon G1). Both pc's immediately pick up the USB connection and the
camera's CF card appears as G drive. In the XP machine a little green icon
appears in the task indicating connection bar and I have it configured to
load up the ZoomBrowser program on connection so I can immediately start
downloading pictures. However the 98 machine shows no icon in the taskbar
and Zoombrowser doesn't load on connection. It connects fine but I have to
manually download the pics with Explorer. Any idea how to get the camera to
trigger ZoomBrowser upon connection?
