No. Masayuki is a regular from waaay back. He was absent for quite a
long period while he was engaged in something that required he cut
back on frivolous uses of his time somewhat.

They're both strongly opinionated, but there the similarities end. You
can pretty much skip right over a Kaz post without worrying that you
may have missed something actually worth cogitating on a bit.
