Yes, you have hit the nail!
It's only one client, but the one that provides me with 60% of all work!
It also depends on the person in the printing company my company is dealing
with. This guy is close to 60, has never used a computer himself, and is
otherwise as conservative as one can imagine. He prints the stuff but isn't
able or willing to provide the data! I charge him for everything, and he
pays without any complaint.
It's already embarrassing to ask such weird questions in the newsgroups...
Anyway, I have to feed a couple of mouths and do my jobs as long as I don't
have to do them for free.
By the way, are you a translator or a programmer?
