I guess it's not so much that I've not heard of someone who is a
serial killer who is also gay, but you don't hear it said "gay serial
killer." I think if you're a psychopath perhaps being gay is just a
means to an end.

Or are we using "gay" in the old sense? As in "I feel really gay when
I'm sucking on a fag"? Though I still don't think the news would say
"happy serial killer."
