Ah! I was meaning to ask about that - I take it that law was indeed passed
then?
I heard about it's progress a few years ago but it was being challenged by
various groups at the time.
I thought it rather ironic that the people pressing for them to be made
illegal called themselves ' The People's Council For Civil Liberties' or
something like that.
IIRC several other states were also going the same way?
