Also let it be known OFFICAL measurements are one thing. Those don't have the final say as to how characters look when they're drawn OUT, unless you believe in some fanservice-standard-deviation. For most anime, 'C cup' is pretty much considered shorthand for busty. How an artist draws it is their own business. (Anyone remember the 'shoujo's heights' thread?)
