Is this really a retort, so what?  Japan's highest war criminals, starting
with Hirohito, got pardon from Americans, so there is Japan willing to
oblige America's request, only because it suits Japan.  In other words,
it's usual Japan trying to weasel out its way without having to accounted
for its past.
