例 3 ( 若者患者限定 ? 中年以降は歯根膜等の片側へ負荷 ? ) : 三階部分の内側 ( 舌側 口腔内側 ) の側面 ( 又四階との境界部 )
を 0.3 mm 程度凹ませる( 親不知の場合は四階部分後方側面は 0.4 mm 程不要 ? → 手前の歯へ応力を微力乍ら逃がす )
