I think that the transference from the Hora village was not carried
out by the government's compulsion or order but by the residents' own
choice or wish.  I remember reading an academic article where a
researcher from a Buraku institution proved that the story about the
compulsion had been made up by another Buraku researcher.  Please make
sure.
