Undo the 4 screws and remove them. Drive slips oout of the carrier. 
There is an adapter on the end that pulls off and exposes the two rows 
of pins.

You can hook into your PC with adapter to go to normal size IDE just 
make sure that you do not put on same cable as existing hard drive, 
otherwise you will have to adjust the jumpers on the laptop drive.
