I seem to remember checking them out before. They're not much help
unless you actually have an account with them, and (if I remember) keep
a fairly sizeable balance in the account.
There's no Citibank branch anywhere near us, so we would have no use for
a Citibank account. Basically, I'm looking for a service that I can use
solely for the purpose of sending money abroad from Japan, not one I
have to use for a range of services in order to be able to transfer money.
