Wrong. You seem unfamiliar with Japanese law.  See Art. 230 of the 
Japanese Criminal Code, which prescribes "A person who defames 
another person by publicly making an allegation shall be punished with 
penal servitude or imprisonment for a period not exceeding three 
years, or with a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand yen, 
regardless of whether or not the said allegation is true".

You will pay attention to the phrase "regardless of whether or not the
said allegation is true".

Write exactly.  I said "Chinese are more emotion and political than
Japanese...", so that I didn't place a "the" before Chinese and Japanese.

The way of generalising is sort of "know-how", I suppose.
