Firefox may have an add-on to help you find one on your own.  In 
searching for a decent torrent search controller, I have seen (but have 
not installed or used) several search add-ons that allow you to locate 
music channels based on location and music type.  Take a look at the 
Add-ons site for Mozilla and see if there isn't a search engine that 
will work for you.

Additionally both Real Networks and MS Music Player have search features 
that you may be able to use to narrow down music feed options.
