Microsoft の FAT 特許ですが、めでたく :-) 却下となっています。

今回は PUBPAT（Public Patent Foundation）という団体が動いています。
米国は特許を取ったもん勝ちというイメージがありましたが、それに対抗する
動きもちゃんとあるんですね。

＃ところで、「潜水艦特許」の問題は解決したんでしたっけ？
＃「先願主義vs先発明主義」ではまだ折れていないはずですが。

AFAIU, the patents mentioned on Microsoft's website have been rejected.
