Before the Sapporo Dome was built, the team played at a small open air 
stadium right next to the shiroi koibito factory. I think they still 
train there, or at least their reserves or juniors. I don't know how 
though. I watched a team in training and the smell of the cookies and 
chocolate was wafting all through the air. With distractions like that 
its no wonder they rarely win.
