Job description:

1) Research and create / update database on clients and industry.
2) Research and collect market intelligent on human resource related 
activities, eg. salary survey, benefits survey, etc.
3) Assist Consultants in providing consultation to our clients.
4) Assist in organising conferences and events in Tokyo, and the region.
Requirements: Graduate with any discipline. Knowledge and experience of 
banking is preferred but not mandatory. Proactive, energetic, service 
oriented and teamworkers are required. Must possess good communication 
skills.
