I was born with blond hair. Blond hair on a boy is like tits on a bull.

Over the years my hair got darker, nearly becoming black by the time I was
30.

Since then, exposure to sun, chlorine, and seawater has lightened it again,
along with slowly proliferating gray hairs. So now, it is a nice mousy
brown.
Still, most of the Japanese kids around here seem to have lighter hair than
me.

My beard, meanwhile, is a mix of black, brown, and red. No idea WTF that is
about.
