There is no way in hell you will get her a K-3 visa by then. While not a
solution, you of course realize that as a Japanese national she is
entitled to a 90-day stay in the US without a visa, so you wouldn't need
to be apart quite so long.

I don't know about your personal reasons so I don't know how long you
plan on staying. DO those 90 days make a difference?
