The jargon you want is "bittorrent client". Google it and download a
'client' program that takes you fancy.
Then head over to something like http://tinyurl.com/33wzw and start hunting.
Supernova always seems to have something Japanese in the directories.
I recommend BTs for Sepp TV shows in particular - but my personal favorite
is Top Gear from UKland. It's the best comedy sketch show masquerading as a
car magazine I've seen in a long time. Anyone else here a fan?
