This sounds like a guide for survival in a poor country (it would not
take more than a week in a rich country before help is at hand). But
there is a big hitch in that case: you'd need guns and ammo and keep a
round-the-clock watch to protect a stash of such proportions as is
recommended - i wonder how "sheltering in place" works in practice in a
situation where thousands of homeless and hungry people are all around
you - and you can be sure that SOME of them will get the idea that there
are some "rich" Americans who probably have some stuff that can be
appropriated...
