Another "false dilemma": some of us now have two countries to contend
with that treat them like criminals when traveling. Although the
abovementioned change in law doesn't apply to me, i will not hide my
opinion that i think it is a rather stupid attempt at solving the
alleged terrorism problem.

If you want to prevent terrorism, make sure that a) you don't create or
maintain domestic conditions that breeed the same and b) you don't
associate too closely with other countries that are known for creating
or maintaining such conditions.

But the latter looks rather impossible under the current government,
since Japan, unlike Germany and other countries, has not yet come out
from under the big thumb it was placed under 60 years ago...
