In the spirit of this, does anyone know an equivalent Japanese product
to Chicken Tonight? I hunger for it.

The cheese situation in this country is atrocious. When I lived in
Chiba, my local supermarket had a choice of ONE type of grated cheese.
It was about 400 yen for a tiny packet.

When I ventured to the international supermarket at Chiba station in
search of better cheese, I found some imported from Europe, which was
of course exorbitantly priced, and having already been in transit for
some time, went mouldy just a day or two after I opened it.

国産　cheese seems to be of much higher quality... I have recently
discovered 北海道 camenbert which is very good.
