Trains so cold that people are wearing cardigans in summer??? :-)

I just finished doing the month's book keeping. The office I have to
do it in has about 20 people in it, and about 35 or so computers and
OA machines of various types. The thermometer on the wall when I
walked in said 29, but it felt a lot warmer. I used to ask if it could
be set lower but got nowhere - now I just lower it myself, and by the
time anyone notices I've usually finished.
