If you didn't buy credit, you can only use this system for testing purposes. 
Several months ago you could get 30 calls for free without any limit. 
However, this has  probably changed after the company saw many free calls 
going through them and no money trickling in. I know several people here in 
Japan who say that this service is the best for computer to phone calling 
services.
