flax seed / bean, except add

80 lbs. of Chiquita Bannana peels, finely diced.
 10 Gallons of Cognac
 50 Gallons of Rye Whikey
 8 Gallons of Jamaican Rum,
 5 lbs. salt
 10 Lbs. Raw Sugar

 3 Gallons Honey mixed with
10 Lbs. of Bee pollen, let bee pollen sit in honey
for 10 to 15 days, minimum, 40 to 50 days is preferable.

 2 gallons vinegar
 3 gallons of cacao oil
10 gallons of lentil bean oil

or, substitute lentil bean oil with 8 Gallons of marmut
oil, or 8 gallons of mongoose oil, or 8 gallons of ferret
oil, or 8 gallons of lynx oil, or with 10 gallons of duck
gland oil, find in a Chinese apothecary, or with 15 gallons
 of marsupial oil (kangaroo oil)

Lentil Bean Oil Substitute (preferred for this stew, here,
anyway, when you can get some real lentil bean oil):

 1 part sessame
 3 parts cotton seed oil
 10 parts corn
 55 parts soy oil
 15 parts canola oil
 44 parts safflower oil
4 Lbs. Parsely leaves, finely chopped
 1/4 Lbs. Petunia Bulbs, mashed
 3 Lbs. Tulip Bulbs, mashed
10 Lbs. Vanilla Bean, finely chopped
 2 Ozs. Baking Soda
 4 Ozs. Salt
 3 Ozs. Black Pepper Kernals
 10 Ozs. Green Pepper Kernals
 3 Ozs. Yellow Pepper Kerrnals
9 Ozs. Red or Pinkish red Pepper Kernals
 4 Ozs. White Pepper Kernals.
3 Lbs. Cotton Seeds, popped and toasted, flamed in a wok until
the color turns to a much darker hue than the seed normally
is. Tnen crack and crush the cotton seeds.

Fry cotton seeds in a smidgen of oil for 3 or 4 hours on a fairly low
flame. Use the following to fry the cotton seeds in:

 1 part cotton seed oil,
 8 parts soy oil,
 3 parts canoloa oil,
 2 parts safflower oil,
 23 parts sessame oil
 10 parts lentil bean oil,
or substitute mongoose oil 1/3 part
 1/2 part flax seed oil

Normally, for best results, you will want to fry the cotton seeds
in pure lentil oil, or a combination of lentil oil and mongoose oil.
1 part lentil oil to 10 parts mongoose oil.

If you use Jamaican rum to plump the lentil bean, then, use the
above sauce suggested to ripen it, or ferment it, under a flax
seed woven blanket, and on top of a flax seed woven blanket, then
you won't need mongoose oil, and you should use the pure lentil
oil, plumped and wooven, or fermented on wooven flax husk fiberous
blankets.

you have it, use it.

Lentil Beans - An anti-biotic. It will help with male and female
glandular health. It will freshen up the ovaries, and it will destroy
fugal issues in the fallpian tubes, the womb, and the uterus - all of
the female organs, and it will help to un-impact the clogged ejection
ports, capacitor tubes, and will restore health to the astringent
producing glandular system of the vaginal capacitor rings. It will also
help with the overall feminine sexual health, and it will restore the
functionality of the clitoral honey pot and it's activities in not only
producing the chemicals needed to store the honey pot chemicals, that
are made elsewhere, but will also help ovarian health and vaginal
health and orgasming nervous systems in both the female and in the
male. It will also help to restore the male's orgasming capabilities as
it will enhance the livelyness of his sexual capabilities and his
functioning as a sperminating monkey guy. His fluid levels will rise to
all time new highs - 8 Gallons per 3 weeks or so, if he uses it in this
stew as it is directed. Not only will his seminal liquids increase, but
the flow will overwhelm him, and he will leak like a you know what. His
dripping dick fluids will not stop, nearly, or at least when he is
around a woman, and she is enticing him sexually, to have a go at it
with her. She will also be feeling quite friskey, except for her off
days of the month, which will shorten somewhat, to perhaps, 3 or 4 days
a month, pretty much across the board, if the ladies take this stew as
directed. How is that possible? It decreases the chemical compounds and
liquids that prolong menstrural periods, and therefore shortens the
time cycle of her vaginal flow or discharge of mucous and other waste
materials, including hemoglobin, and a few other substances. Do you get
the picture? The male will also feel a slight bit more friskey, as he
will be climbing up the wall, nearly, as his hormonal system has kicked
into overdrive. Good luck, neighbors.

I could say a few more words on that, but I'll save it for later.

Mugwort - anti-biotic, laxative, useful in formulas with iodine, and
has the same astringent properties as iodine. It is an anti-potent,
anti-fungal, defungalaling agent, and does many wonderful other things,
as well, pesticidical, herbacidical, embacidical, or embacide - a plant
deforester, and a detoxifier. It is good in tonics with schwepps root
beer and in schweepps ginger ale, and is good for the heart and for the
liver and for the lungs. You can add it to both of the caver's water
stews for added potency and usefulness of your caver's water stews. It
can also be added to the malt lager ale concoction and to the sour mash
whiskey concoction. It will also help regrow hair follicles if used in
my hair follicle regrowth stew formulas. It is also useful in my
anti-chigger stew and will kill chigger infestations and mites in the
body, the intestines, the brain, in the groin - the nuts and in the
female ovarium sac, that's the place where she keeps her ovaries, and
inside the liver, the speen, the heart, the gall bladder, the eyes, the
ear canals, the mouth, the nose, and in every other friggin place in
the figgen human body. It will also help strengthen and regenerate
muscle tissues, the celluar amoebic type, and will also give you a
leaner, meaner, slimmer, trimmer, shapelier, bustline and body, both
for women, and also for men, though men don't generally think in terms
of shapely bustlines or bodies, I don't think, anyway. Try it at your
own risk. No. I'm only kidding. We will make a mugwort stew that will
blow your minds, one of these days in the near future. It is also good
for ovarian health, and for the health and fitness, cellularly and
otherwise, of the fallopian tubes, the muscles cellular tissues of the
clitoris, and the fermament, or supporting strucures, of the honeypot
ligatures and ruptures, the tiny little bugwarts (holes in the
fermament of the clitoral cellular tissue structures) that are where
the honeypot chemicals are stored, you silly people. Anyhow, it is also
good for the females orgasming nervous system, and will do wonders for
her orgasming competence, i.e., her "wow" factor. Use at your own risk,
oh did I say that already? Okay. Well, well make a great little stew
then, for the fermament structures, and for the clitoral mound or lump
of tissue, that will really spice things up, chemically, that is. The
stew will improve the toxcicity or splendid chemical compositon of the
honey pot igniter chemicals and dense layers coating chemicals. With
this stew, you can expect to orgasm wildly for 8 to 10 hours or more
within 18 to 50 or 800 years. You are in bad shape, honey, so get a
grip on it, and start thinking about these stews with a serious
attitude, if you're not already. Okay. So I'm unkind. Well, men can
benefit too, and I'm one of them, from a Mugwort stew of a different
formulation to match the males chemistry and meet his needs for his own
peculiar recipe for chemicals and other factors that will have him
orgasming rupturously, that means in a commensurately enjoyable
fashion, commenusurate to the amount of my stew and the duration for
imbibing it, he continues to take it, to repair his friggen body and
all of the itty bitty teeny weeny tiny miny little cells that he (and
she) is (are) going to have to rejuvenate and enhance and make feel
better, as they are in terrible shape, all the way around. He will
recover within about the same amount of time, give or take a few
thousand years. Men are in piss poor shape, cellularly speaking, and
women are too. We should all take a moment for a reality check ...
(...10 minutes...) ... Okay. That's enough. Thank you.

Shellpeace - a plant that grows in India, Sumatra, Somalia, Brunei,
Burma, Guadalupe, Mexico, Indo China, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia,
Vietnam, Myanmar, South Africa, South America, Equacor, Columbia,
Brazil, Central America, Congo, Morroco, Crete, Italy, Louisana,
Georgia, Canada, New Foundland, most of the U.S., the deserts have a
different variety, France, Gibon, Ireland, Soviet Russia, Vladivostok,
Poland, Ukraine, Yugoslavia, Hungary, Baltic States, not normally in
Turkey, or in Afganistan, though there is a related species there.

A small plant that grows 5 to 8 inches high. It is a flowery plant, and
has many leaves per branch, and many small flower clusters. It has a
silvery white and redish bean, and a seed in the bean, or fruit. It
blooms, variously, and is an extra potent defungalaling agent, with
anti-biotic properties. It grows in both warm and cold places, deserts,
jungles, and swamps. High altitude places as well, Kiilmanjaro, at
1,800 feet up from the base, and higher, and in the Himalayas, as high
as 2,000, 3,000, 4,000 or even 5,000 and a little over up to about
almost 6,800 feet. It likes windy places, dry places, wet places, salty
places, such as marshes and swamps, and even rocky barren places, and
even snow swept places. It thrives in almost any climate, in its' many
varieties, and is very useful for stews as well as tonics and other
medical and pharmaceutical preparations.

It grows in Southern Alaska, and the Enuit use it in their stews and in
their general cooking. The berries are very tasty and the seeds can be
pressed for oil, or fermented and harvested for oils and ferment
solids, similarly to the flax seed (bean).

It will help cure the common cold, and it will also help bring female
and male glandular and nodular systems back on line, down to the
tiniest of tiniest tissue cells and glandular nodes that lie in them.

It is vital to good and vibrant human health, and should be or will be
a staple of our diets. We can not only benefit from it's nutriets
directly in our cooking, but can also use it in soups, stews, potients,
concoctions and in various brews, both directly and as well the oils
and ferment solids.

It makes excellent cheeses when the ferments are mixed with milks of
all kinds and as well combined varieties of all kinds, eg. 1 part
goat's milk, 3 parts lama's milk, 2 1/2 parts cow's milk, 1 part
donkey's milk. Adding sea urchins to the milk ferment batches, after
the urchins are properly processed, washed, gutted, and scraped, then
skinned, and peeled, and the meat taken out for mincing and used in the
ferment batch, along with parsely, cheddar funguses, or blue cheese
type funguses, or brie funguses, then mixed with either, carraway,
apples, cardamon, shell fish, lobster, oyster, fresh raw clambs with
apple cider vinegar and sessame seeds with tuna oil and flakes of tuna,
even with bits of broiled and diced lamb and goat meets, or even
venison meats, buffalo meat, carribou meat, donkey meat, cattle meat,
pork meat, fried and or cooked well, cooked turkey, cooked and backed
or fried in cacao oil chicken, or chicken fried in olive oil, then
crisped in buttery bean (lima bean) or cacao oil, with salt, peppers,
juniper berries in the ferment batch, along with many other
possibliites, including mixing the ferment solids with other ferment
solids, such as flax seed ferment solids, and then mixing in cellery
boiled then crsped in flax seed oils, these and many other
possiblities, the list is enless, but tomatoes, sun ripened and dried,
pickles, relishes, mustards, etc. the possiblities have no end, nearly.

You can use the ferments and the oils in tonics, and in sauces,
including mixing the ferments and the oils, in tiny amounts, with
caver's water stews.

It is extremely good for health and digestion. And rejuvenates hair
folicle cellular activities, and skin or dermal cellular regrowth
activities. Your skin will begin to look young and lusterous, and I kid
you not, your hair will even start to regrow after 20 or 30 or 40 or
50, or 60 or 70 years of this seed's and berries, and the essences from
the leaves in your diet, soups, stews, and cocktails (alcoholic,
fermented beverages) and other concoctiosns.

It is vital that we get this seed plant and berry plant if we are going
to rejuvenate our bodies successfully, and with the best results,
possible. There are other seeds as well that will do similar or even
better things for our bodies and brain cells, and body cells, and all
of the micro miniature cells in our bodies, and we will eventually get
them all.

Such as the Afangistan Alabaster Seed Pod Plant. I'm not going to go
into a long discussion about it, but it is generally better than the
above, and there are many varieties, of it.

The Norwegian Liver Rose Seed Nut Flowering Plant is the same type of
seed fruit berrie leaf plant, and the juices can be used to enhance our
honey ferments and molds for our stews, just as bee pollen mixed with
honey will increase the usefullness of honey. there are also a number
of flowers that can be also mixed with honey to increase its
rejuvenative potency factor, such as the Aluwishes (sp?) Burbery (sp?)
Plant, that grows in Texas, Georgia, Columbia Mississippee, on the
delta plains of the Louisana bayou, and vicinity, and else where.

These and Amazonian jungle varieties of vines, berries, leaves of
certain plants that contain rubber like elements, similar to the rubber
gum tree, but in their broad, 3" to 4" to 4 1/2" or even 5" wide, and
long 8" or more leaves, and in their bark, and stalks, will also
provide us with nutrients. There are little critters in the exposed
wood under the bark that are extremely useful to us,, and there are
other nourishing factors in this plant that will help to bring about a
healthier, more luxuriously, rejuvenated self.

We'll go after these plants in our global management of our planet's
resources programs.

These ferment solids, fried bean solids ground up and mixed with the
appropriate cheese bases, and other cheeses with certain flavorful
spices, such as carraway, and sessame seeds, mixed in with the cheeses,
and ground up with nuts and seeds in the right combinations, and with
the right sauces mixed in, in the proper proportions, can give us
flavourful meat like substances that are nutrient wise, several
thousand times, if not several hundred thousand billion times more
packed with nutrients than the typical steak at Tony Roma's Steak House
(no offense, Mr. Tony Roma and sons), not to mention the wonderful,
easily digested proteins and other elements, including lemon pulp, and
lime pulp, orange pulp, and other citrus fruit pulps, that are mixed in
for better digetibility, along with other flavourful salts, peppers,
and spices for making these meat substitutes even more delicious. They
are more nutritious than cattle meat, lamb meat, pork meat, rhino meat
(rhino meat is pretty good, actually), horse meat, and any other type
of meat that you can think of, including dinosauraus meat. Go kill a
komodo dragon, an aligator, or your pet iguana, to get an idea of what
dinosauraus meat tastes like.

You can also kill a hamster and a rat and mix the two together, with a
little salt, pepper, garlic, and onion, with parsely, and tulip bulbs,
mixed with french fried onion rings, and pickles (sour dill and sweet
gerkins, along with a few other spices, cardamon, a tiny amount,
cameron, an indonesian spice, and curry powder) to get a delicious
rendition of what dinosauraus meat tastes like, as well.

Cameroun, an indonesian spice, it is useful as an anti-toxic for
humans, which will remove toxins from the body, and is a detoxifier of
the blood when mixed with gin and / or vodka, and / or with also
whiskey, and rye, and rye mold, along with lamb meat, and poultty, with
lemons, paprika, salt, vinegar, and honey, and cardamon, and allspice,
and cloves, pepper corns, the white, yellow, and green and pink and
black and brown, and yellowish blue and purple kinds, lavender, hazeley
(a yellowy pink color) plus probbalby a few other peppers.

Cameroun is useful as a blood detoxifier for humans, and is an
defungalaling agent and is good for killing potents, It is a pesticide,
and a fugacide, and is anti-balacterial, a type of potent, animal /
plant, on the sub molecular world, that thrives in swamps and and
marshes and likes to poop and fart poisonous gasses, etc. It's
carnivourous and likes to eat other toxic, carnivourous potent's poop
and drink other potent's toxic pee and other toxic waste debris. It is
extremely poisonous to my little good critters, and it is high on my
most wanted list. Cameron is also good as a blood thinner and is good
for digestion, and for rejuvenative processes, and can be used in my
ferment cheeses with the other items and it will add to the potency of
shellpeace for regrowing hair follicles, and regenerating by providing
the nutrients to the body, the skin cells and all of the internal
organ's cellular tissues, including the cellular tissues of bone, and
bone marrow, and cartiladge, and ligaments. It will also promote alone
and or in conjunction with shellpeace, female glandular health, and to
some extent, male glandular health, but not as much as it does for
women. It helps with the ovarian receptifiers, a node system in the
cell tissue that is related to female vaginal health, and to the overal
health of the female internal body organs, and vagina. It is useful for
the female's orgasming nervous system's health, and is used for the
female's system's honey pot chemical production, and in the health of
the fiberous cellular tissues of the female's orgasming nervous system,
which are and is different in practically all respects from the males
orgasming nervous system and its cellular tissues, their components,
and thee chemicals that coat them, and ignite the chemical mixture that
coats the nervous system and its components, and keep them firing. The
female's orgasming nervous system, its components, its chemical base
for functioning, and its cellular regrowth will be much improved by the
addition of this spice and others, to our formulas for feminine
vaginal, and neuro-muscular, and orgasming health and splenfor. A
little ginger ale mixed in with Cameroun. with a little fresh ginger,
garlic oil, and salt, and pepper, with soda water, or a caver's stew
no. 1, and / or with caver's water stew no 2, will make an instant
tonic refreshment beverage, and advicor, that will make her feel better
and have her orgasming nervous system working much better within 8 to
15 years, or more, up to 30, or even 8- or 100 years or more, as our
systems are in deep trouble as they are now completely worn down. And
if you haven't gotten my drift on that, then go reread some of my notes
regarding that subject.

We will locate and get all of these spices, and others, for my stews,
soups, conctions, tonics, etc., for you women and your health, and for
you men and your health, and we will manage the ecological
enviornmental systems and other wildlife that impact upon them to grow,
cultivate, harvest and manage these resources so that we will have them
here for our rejuvenative progress performance, our advancement as we
rejuvenate ourselves.

You do not have to boil the stews if they do not have vegetable matter
in them. Vegetable matter rots and spoils, and adds toxic wastes to the
stews, unless they are boiled in the oils and liquids. Once they are
boild, the fiberous tissues break down and then the little cinnamon
critters and clove critters and garlic critters, and orange peel
critters, and lemon peel critters, etc., get in between the holes in
the fiberous tissues and make nice homes and swim around happily. You
can make cold rejuvenative stews with so long as there are no plant or
vegetable fibers, except for some leaves from botanicals, such as the
broad leaf plant I mentioned above. Fruits are alright so long as you
remove the stems and seeds, and so long as they are washed, properly,
and they will not spoil the stews, so long as they are in the proper
balance. In any case, they will not cause decay and rot, and they will
ferment and the sugars will add to the overall potency of the stew.
Some items like mullberries, blueberries, strawberries, juniper
berries, and other berries, and also bannanas, and sometimes even
tangerines, if mixed into the stew in large or overly large and
unbalanced proportions, will cause problems as they will begin to
produce toxins if they are in the stews in sufficiently large enough
quantiities. You have to be prudent, but I wouldn't have a heart attack
over it, as they will only detract from the usefulness of the stew,
generally, at the most. Tiny amounts of toxins produced by overly large
and unbalance amounts of mullberries, or blueberries, or juniper
berries, or elder berries, and some other berries, are not going to do
any damage to your health. They will however, make the rejuvenative
cocktail perhaps more of a medicine, or a pharmacetical, such as an
anti-biotic, for example, if you overdo it. Anyhow, don't lose any
sleep over it, so long as you follow my ten good rules for stew making.

1. Never leave the pilot light lit overnight while you are in bed if
you have left the gas heater on and the pilot light on it has been
blown out.

2. Never leave your cookies in your underware, as that is not a
pleasant place to leave them because if you wake up in the morning with
crumbs in between your butt hole, you probably won't like it.

My Ten Good Rules for Cooking Stews to be continued...

Crush all the things that need crushing, and grate all the things that
need grating, etc. If you've been reading my stew recipes, you should
know by now what to do with your ingredients. Mix all of the above and
boil the heck out of it until you fracture that rhubarb and turnip to
shreads. After that, calm down, and let it cool off. You should boil it
a minimum of 8 minutes if the pieces of rhubarb have been finely
grated, 2 to 3 mm. in diameter, each, generally speaking, and no
greater than that please, once you have a good rolling, or roiling, as
I call it, boil. After, that, let it cool down. Then, set it someplace
for daily stirring purposes, and stir it every 3 to 4 hours, daily.

It will culminate, that is, reach it's maximum potency, in 1.7 or 1.8
years. You can start using it in about 4 1/2 to 5 months.

Take 3 Tablespoonfuls every day for 3.8 or 3.9 years. Then 2
tablesppons every day for 4.8 or 4.9 years. then 1.5 tablespoonfuls
every day for 38 or 39 years. Then 1 tablespponful everyday for 355
years. Then 1/2 tablespponful every day for 98 thosand trillion years,
and then some.

When you start looking like a fetal body baby, about 2 to 3 or 3 1/2
microns long (tall), you will know you have taken too much. If before
then, you start looking like a baby in the crib, you've also taken too,
much. Cut back when you start to look 5 years old, which could be
anywhere from 800 to 500,000 years, depending on our present state of
relatively piss poor health, myself included. This stew gets the
spinning blast off cupie doll award, which means you will return to a
fetal body baby cellular cosmos guy or girl, i.e., a fetal body of a
baby, who has just inseminated, or passed through the cellular tissue
wall of mama's ovarie, if you take this stew long enough, whether you
like it or not.

This stew is so good, you will be so young, you will find yourself in
outer space just wondering when you will be born as a human being, as
you are too young to be born, i.e., a few mini mini (about 500 trillion
mini's) micro seconds before you are inserted into the brain of a fetal
body baby guy or girl, an eject abort command will be issued by my
children and you'll never make it to the eternally youthful stage of a
spermy guy or girl, who will loose his tail and which will form the
link up with the ovarian egg sac, i.e., the umbilical tube, or chord,
in his or her mama's ovarian fetal egg sac. You'll be so young, you
won't even make it out the door of my Epcot senter, the ejection
calling port window, that's where my kids hang around and wait for
human beings who are on their way out to a human fetal body baby, in a
spermioi (that's just Jersey slang, I think, or hope I approximated.
Normally, you would promounce it, "spermy") egg sac.

Have fun feel zero seconds old, or so, after you've finished taking
this stew for about 253 years.

Thank you.
