We have taken care of the Yankees in the
recent "Articles of Evacuation" law passed by the
Texas Legislature.  Here is the evacuation doctrine
for the Houston Metropolitan Statistical Area:

"Hurricane evacuation routes are assigned as
follows...

I-10 East ....................Cajuns (Les Acadiens)
I-10 West ...................Hispanics
US 290 ......................Longhorns (to Austin)
US 59 Eastex.................Rednecks
Loop 610 ...................Aggies
I-45 South..................Yankees (into the storm)
I-45 North ................. Everybody Else (to Dallas)
