The person collecting the census forms dropped me a note when she
couldn't find it in the place we'd agreed (when I say 'we', I mean her
and the wife, after I answered the door and she asked if W was BY&J
then shouted down the corridor at her) and chose to address me as
ケンちゃん on the bit of paper.
