Yes, I had forgotten about that (mine came with a bed and I got some
other things for free at the kouminkan).

Maybe in Tokyo. In Fukuoka it can be less than 200k from what I have
seen.

Taking the furniture thing in account, it makes more sense. But are all
weekly mansions like that? I mean, the website seems to indicate it's a
natural alternative a business hotel rather than apaato.
How much would cost a 1K weekly mansion in not so central Tokyo (say,
in a place where the regular rent is 70k)?
