The question is how and why this was allowed for you, when my officials
(and others elsewhere) claim it cannot be done, and the entire city of
Osaka suggests likewise? Unless one is perhaps, a Chinese or Korean
national.
What do you mean, name you adopted? Did a Japanse family take you in?
Did you marry into a family with no sons? Are you the successor to the
head of a Japanese art or school? Are you a rikishi or performer in
traditional theater? Are you a swordsmith or poet?
